Grace Bugay is an Administrative Assistant for Clark Gaines Properties and provides support with the firm’s administrative operations, workflows, marketing, and transaction coordination.

Grace is a seasoned virtual professional with extensive experience supporting real estate brokers, agents, and teams for multiple top-producing brokerages across the U.S. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and continuously invests in skill development to stay current with industry trends and technology. Prior to launching her own virtual assistant services, Grace refined her skills in client service, project management, and content creation, working with entrepreneurs and startups in various industries.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time with her family and her three kids, exploring productivity hacks, and staying active through meaningful personal routines. She has been happily married for eight years and cherishes her role as a wife and mother.
